This company drastically overcharges people for the parts they use. They took advantage of my elderly father in law when his boiler flooded his basement. They inflated the bill for the boiler repair that was not even covered under his insurance. I called their office after reviewing the bill and the woman in the office was very nasty and totally unreasonable. She did not want to hear a word I had so say and hung up on me. I am a local 638 Steamfitter and I know what the job required to fix it. You can do better and this not a way to treat any customer especially an elderly man who is living alone on limited funds. It is a crime to rip people off like this. This is who they are so beware and find a reputable service company not some guy like this that works out of his garage and rips people off.

This Company is Fantastic. I have been with them for 7 years and they are always very professional and efficient. When my Burner was down it was almost midnight I called them and they came right out to service it. I would say out of all the heating companies I have dealt with this one is the best. I would definitetly recommend them. They are great!!

I disagree with your comments-i have been with this company for 5 years and have never had a problem. Very professional on the phone and when they come. My oil burner has never ran better and I burn less fuel per year. I get a cleaning and tune up once a year and rarely have any problems. I think over the 5 years I have called in 2 service calls-one was my fault-I ran out of fuel and they didn't even charge me-they waved fee.

I have had a service contract with this company for 10 years. They always provide friendly and personable service. My burner gets cleaned once a year and on rare occassion if I have a problem they come right out. As you can see 10 years is a long time-but when you get a good company why not stay.
