Thank you Gwen for taking the time with me to find such a nice home for our family. We couldn't find one with our previous realtor because he didn't take the time to find out what we really wanted and plus kept showing us homes way over our budget to entice us to become house poor. Well not Gwen, she searched until she found a house that was in our price range but was also high in the quality and size we need for our family. We couldn't be happier. Then she also helped some friends of ours sell their house before that had to go into foreclosure. Gwen is an experienced, caring realestate agent that you don't find very often. In fact we have referred her several times now and all of us have been helped in ways we can't ever repay her for. Times are tough but she knows her stuff so can figure out how to help you find what you need to do whether buying or selling. I usually don't leave reviews but I had to on this, it seems like anyone can become a real estate agent but the good ones are hard to come by! Look no further. Call her, you won't regret it.

We could not find an honest, experienced realtor until our friends referred us to Gwen at MVP. She was able to sell our house in this economy, for a profit. And we were going to lose it or have to short sale our other realtor said!! Then soon after we bought our dream house for half the price we saw it for a few years ago. Thank God for Gwen.
