I did not have a good experience. They tried to provoke a negative reaction from me which they did not get, and the lady at the front desk shared my personal information with a waiting area full of people.

I have always had great experiences with Hiemstra. My serious eye condition is complicated by disease, but Hiemstra bends over backwards to make sure I can see as good as possible. They even remade my glasses several times without charge to accommodate my frequent eye changes. They are patient, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The folks who work there are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you get the pair of Glasses that fit your needs. And my family and I go to Hiemstra to get our Eye Exams and I would tell my friends to go to Hiemstra before going anywhere else. My family and I will not go anywhere else to have our Eyes Exams or our choice of Glasses.
