Very unhappy. Called, made an appointment, and went in to report a low scraping noise from the front tire. Older man literally yelled at the receptionist for making an appointment for me, since it was the Monday of Christmas week, threw his glasses across the office. Looked at the car, stormed inside and apparently told the receptionist to have me bring the car back on Jan 4th. Wheel bearing seized on me before I got back in, additional $450 in parts plus labor to the repair. Having it done elsewhere, obviously will not be returning.

Leer's had terrible customer service! The woman at the front desk is dull and uninterested with your concerns. My car needed body work and mechanical repairs after an accident. All mechanical repairs that were made had to be replaced by someone else because the work was so done so poorly and the replacement parts were of poor quality. Going to Leer's ended up costing me a lot of time, money and a whole lot of aggravation. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
