I've never had a worse experience with any business, ever.



Allspeed mounted 4 tires drop shipped from TireRack. The next day I noticed dimples on the inside of the wheels where they had been damaged by their tire mounting machine. I emailed pictures of the damage then called. The owner, Tim Hannon, told me it was "impossible" their machine caused the damage, he would not accept the pictures as proof and insisted on seeing the wheels in person, then he hung up the phone on me. I load the wheels up and bring them to the shop for Mr. Hannon's personal inspection and then he refuses to look at them saying, "I don't have to, I saw the pictures, what do you want", all while using a very curt, rude tone, like I'm wasting his time. No apology, just attitude.



I asked to have tires mounted and balanced for free next time as repayment and he agreed. I thought I was being more than fair, instead of insisting on having the wheels repaired all my request would have cost was the price of a few wheel weights.



When it comes time for my free mounting and balancing Mr. Hannon reneges on the deal.



Mr. Hannon says my wheels are, "a piece of s__t", and he will only mount my tires if I pay cash. When I tell him if I have to pay I'll go somewhere else to get the work done he becomes unglued, waving his arms, gets in my face, literally 6" away and yells, "Get the f__k out of here", threatens to call the cops and calls me a "freeloader".



If you want abuse, go see Tim Hannon.

I have been an Allspeed customer for many years now and they have always taken excellent care of all of my families vehicles. They are extremely nice and are always willing to explain to me in simple terms what is going on with my vehicles. A very trustworthy shop.

The most trustworthy mechanics on the planet. Unlike other shops that see dollar signs when I drive up, these guys always look out for my benefit, and keep costs down to a minimum. I don't like taking my car anywhere else, and I pray they always stay in business. They are absolute experts, and troubleshoot everything perfectly. They recognize what sounds the car is making at all times. They're really good.

Very bad experiences with this shop. They lose a clip on my splash shield and gives me his word he will replace it. A small $5 part not much just the point of it. Weeks go by and I call once a week to check. Finally I get tired of them not ordering it and say hey you get daily deliveries from BMW so quit running me around. Owner gets vicious and threatens that if I were there he would punch me. I was tempted to let him take his last swing. Instead I'll add to other complaints if you look, he's got a temper and the customer is always wrong. Take it elsewhere as he doesn't deserve your money. Plus it likely won't be put back together correctly or tightened properly


Update June 2016 - was in area and noticed they are out of business. Tim was such an azzhat to his customers I hope he lost everything and glad to see they went under. You can't act like a mobster do crappy work and threaten customers.
