Dr. Obenshain has made multiple errors in writing/approving RX meds, performed my annual physical by having an unidentified staff member (not identified as a nurse or medical assistant on the First GA Physicians website, take height, weight, BP and pulse. Dr. Obenshain only asked what RX's I needed refilled, and event then, made an error for which I was charged. Multiple requests for medical records remain ignored and Dr. Obenshain has failed to respond to any of my written correspondence.
