I find the comment left by Gwen,appalling & I don't appreciate her speaking for me or "most residents". As it is the opposite of how we feel about our Manger Toni Wiseman, who goes above & beyond to keep us safe & happy! Gwen is not a resident here, so I hope she "does everything she can" to leave, instead of causing trouble. We don't take kindly to someone threatening our Manger as we are all pretty happy here!

A person by the name of Gwen posted a very nasty n untrue review about the manager of this housing unit. The manager Toni is the best I have ever met or talked to.
Everything this Gwen person posted is a lie.

Meadowview Estates are wonderful 2 bedroom, garden units, with appliances furnished and include individual safe rooms. Rent is very reasonable, and many activities provided by management. Apartments so nice there is a 3/4 year waiting list. Management works well with residents needs.

The manager of this establishment, Tony, is the most unkind, mean spirited woman ever. She should not be working with seniors. She is condescending to all of the residents and most of them are too scared to say anything for fear of being kicked out. She has been so mean to my mother during a very serious illness that I cannot and will not put up with it any longer and am doing everything I can to have her replaced starting now!!!
I've only given a one star rating because it was required to move forward with the comment.
