There is NO Reason for a pa system to be blasting thru an area where drivers are trying to sleep. we dont need to know if someone is getting a phone call. we need to sleep. I will fuel elsewhere next time thru.

Arrowhead travel plaza is a step above your other filling stations. The amenities are new, the prices are competitive and the rewards are great. I can get four free tanks of fuel per year, just by using reward points. I have never recieved a free gallon, anywhere else!

Professional conduct while answering the phone. The tribes and casino personnel have accounts to call.Today, (july 21, 2011) I telephoned the phone at arrow accounts, in reference to accounts cleared, it wasn't for the tirbes. I checked on line for accounts at arrowheadtruckplaza.com It read accounts was cleared for the tribes.The arrowhead pesonnel or live person answered unprofessional conduct.the tribes does have a policy on greeting customers for answering phones:Hello, arrowhead truck plaza, personnel...how may I help you..professionalism thats suppose to taken by arrowhead personnel to customer..thank you..is there anything else I (arrowhead personnel) can help you with sir or customer..(customer)no.thank you.(arrowhead personnel) you have a good day and please,call again for any questions..we (arrowhead personnel) will be glad to help you..arrowhead personnel, thank you, good bye.customer thank you good bye. I know you probably get hundreds of calls a day but please,have goodday

This facility underwent major renovations and remodeling within the past year or so. It is now totally amazing. Super clean. And lots of gifty Knick knacks for sale inside. The parking lot was repaved as well. They also have a McDonald's inside. Very very nice, will be stopping here every chance I get.
