Provided by YPmobileTerrible service I set appointment time and always on time they never are I called and was told the gal I have used for years is free I said I will be there in 3 minutes as I live directly behind store I walk in and the gal is now cutting someone's hair and will have to wait 20 minutes what an joke terrible service will go elsewhere ! Why even tell people to make appointment if they don't hold it Joke new ownership this place is terrible as it was cost cutters before New owner/manager is rude as well Good luck with your business ethics as you lost a customer today thx
