Provided by YP.comUnfortunately, this was our go to place in Pepperell for 30 years. Not sure what happened, but extremely poor customer service now. The associates are fine, it is the management level that I had terrible issues with. First time I have ever written a review online. Have not been back in a year, and refuse to go back. Too many other choices in the area.

Provided by YP.comLorden Hardware is my first choice when looking for things to help with repairs for my home. They have a decent inventory of items and the service is great. They are willing to order items if I need them. I highly recommend checking them out before making the "trek" to larger stores in the surrounding areas!
