Five Point Data Systems has awesome toner cartridges, great service and a great group of employees. They make you feel like one of the family. They will not fix anything until you approved it, and if they don't think that it is worth fixing they will get you a new printer at a great price. It's nice to know that there is honest people still out there.

1st heard of Five Point Data when my laser printer started jamming. I called them and they were in my office the very next morning. Within 1/2 hour my printer was printer better than it was when it was new. About a week later I got the bill I was so shocked to see that it was about 1/3 of what I paid the last guy who came out and didn't even fix the printer correctly. I decided I would try one of their toner cartridges it was 1/2 of what I was paying at Staples, and it kept printing and printing. I called them back to see if someone was sneaking in a night filling it with toner. I was told that they only sell high yield cartridges and that I was most likely getting the lower yield cartridges from Staples. So now I am printing 3 times as many pages at half the cost. If you are looking for someone to fix your printer or are looking to buy toner for a printer or copier I highly recommend Five Point Data Systems. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Five Points is a great company they have great pricing and their toner cartridges are American Made! Their service is quick, and the bend over backswards to help. I Love them, I will not purchase my toner from anyone else and will always call them for service for all my printers!!

As a person who fills out taxes, you could only know how I felt when my laser printer stopped printing on April 14th. I called Five Points to service my printer. They were out to service my printer the very next morning. They had with them all of the parts I needed to fix my printer and had it up and running again within a half hour. They saved me from what could have been a total nightmare. They also left one of their toner cartridges for me to try. Which also saved my because I ran out of toner the very next day. I went on their website to check out their prices and they were better than what I was paying at Staples and Office Max. I will recommend Five Point to all of my clients and friends. If you are looking for someone to fix your printer I recommend them for their kind, service techs who fixed my printer, they told me what was wrong with my printer in words that i could understand. Their price to fix my printer was not only fair, it was so low I thought something was wrong and that they had made a mistake. They are great people, they have a staff of people from the people who answer the phone to the techs who make you feel like they have known you for years and years. I suggest you try them.
