awsome place eddie one of the managers was awsome stayed over past close to change my tires out for me and did it with a smile i will stay loyal to this location the one in bowling green i will never go to again there are jokes there and dont know there ass from a hole in the ground Perrysburg is where its at best tireman location ever best people best service

First, the number of stars I left for the review is not accurate because i wanted zero but had to go with one star to leave a review. When I called Tireman earlier in the week I was told they were busy and getting an oil change will be tough to do before the end of the day. I called the next day and asked what day and time will work best for Tireman to do the oil change. Three days later I go in before noon for the oil change that was going to take "about 45 minutes" according to Tireman when the oil change was scheduled. Now instead of 45 minutes for the oil change it will take until "later in the evening" according to Tireman. The person behind the counter saying "later in the evening" was the same person that said "about 45 minutes" three days earlier. So I walked out the door and will never be returning. For years I have taken many cars into Tireman for maintenance and this is how Tireman shows appreciation for that.
