If this place sends me one more letter showing my employer name and claiming that I can afford to make my payment, I will take them to court. I have so much to pay for monthly and they are on the bottom of my list. I can't believe all of the harassment from this place. I called once a few years ago asking for a copy of what I owed and the rude lady that answered said that she was not going to send me anything because they already sent something and she was tired of trying to contact me. Well obviously no one likes dealing with collections, so you could have been a little more nice on the subject, since I was finally trying to square my debt away. Your employees attitude made me not want to pay it off through you at all. They really should just send it off to another collections company. I'm done dealing with this place.
