Provided by YP.comPhillips Cafe is like walking into a family dining room. Family is all around even if they are not biological family. The menu is better than any family kitchen. The prices are great for most bugets. there is a childrens menu and a high chair for the babies.
There is a community newspaper for backing up any discussion with the facts. There are many discussions of various topics on any given day.
