We have some health and beauty campaigns that we originally had another call center provider doing the customer service for. We've been testing Alpha for about 3 months now and have finally made the switch to them being our primary provider. Our other call center is still providing secondary support but we can definitely see the difference.

Great place to be a part of. I have been with them for about a year now and no complaints. I can always find the person I need.
