Very helpful HOA management company that takes the time to talk to people. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a management company that can not only help you maintain the property but also build a stronger community.

Unethical. Watch your back. Make sure to have the CC&R's close by. They will try to claim violations and fines and charges not spelled out in the CC&R's. They do not view the HOA as customers; simply a source of funds. In truth, the property management company is the employee of the HOA, having been hired to manage the property on behalf of the members. However, they do not approach the members as an employee would. They take the tone of a despot boss. Their concept of the relationship between the HOA is the exact opposite of the reality of what it is. They show no gratitude for the business. Beware the hidden charges and fees!
