Bad customer service.

On the 19th I went to buy a gift card for my mom I had my son get off he said it was a manager that helped him out. We'll today 12/25/14 my mom went with with her 3 grandkids and my dad they ate when she wanted to pay turns out there is no money in the card. She called me to see if I did put money in the card I said yes y? She told me what happened so I went to see what happened the lady managers that was there to day said she couldn't do nothing to go in at night when the other managers was in I told her well someone has to do something I got a gift card and it has no money and I need the money back or the gift card. Went back at night told that guy what happened the date and about the time we went for the card I told him well you have cameras look at the video find out what happened because it's weird y the manager that night had 2 cards maybe he got confused and gave use the empty one idk but I need the gift card. Well he went back for a while then came back and said it's blurry but here is ur money but I have to keep all this I was like y do you have to keep the coupons book? He was with his attitude and said well there is ur money and I'm keeping this I asked him y it's ur guys mistake he said I have to stay with this. I didn't like him it's as if I'm the one that did something bad when it was the manager that made a mistake not me.
