Overall I was very pleased with the service. Although when I had an issue or needed to contact enterprise, they never picked up their phone at the dealership. Very frustrating. I had to go through the main dealership number to be transferred. Even then they wouldn't pick up at times. Why have an emergency contact number on your receipt when they never pick up? At one point they told me they didn't have access To voicemail!
