Provided by YP.comWORST COMPANY EVER!! Andy the sales rep came to my home...rude..rude..rude and tried pressure sale us. The installer came to put our carpet in and scratched our walls and ruined the side of our couch. Andy the sales guy ripped us off by over measuring our carpets and we paid for enough carpet to install in another entire room. We called many, many, many times to speak with a manager about these issues and to be refunded for all this extra carpet they charged us for but a manager would never speak to us and had customer service blow us off. They are very shady in there work. I would ask the customer service the name of the manager and they would not disclose the information to me, actually refused and told me I could look it up on line or ask the manager who they are when he/she calls me( which never happened) Although management wouldn't speak to me but customer service said its there carpet and they wanted it. I requested the rooms to be remeasured and repriced to see what the price difference would be but for some reason they don't want to send one of there reps back to measure because they already ripped us off. The next day I got a knock at my door with a guy standing there wanting to take the extra carpet with no clue what remeasuring or going over cost and my issues with the scratched walls or ruined couch. Are you serious you want me to give you carpet that I paid for!!!! I sent him away and then called management again which I'm not allowed to talk to or get a name of and they wouldn't talk to me once again. I reported them to the BBB then a manager called and basically said we're crazy and they want the carpet the manager agrred to remeaseure and go over the cost and determine the overage and call us back once this is done. Again we get a knock at the door with another worker with no clue of the issue and takes the carpet. I had him measure it in front of me and waited for a follow up form the manager and once again nothing. Now they have the carpet and the Manager I believe Jerry if he really is a maneger won't call and customer service blows us off. BUYER BEWARE!!! this company will overcharge and rip you off then ignore you and refuse to make things right. I also had issues with billing. We gave them our one bank card for the deposit and told them to charge another card with the final payment. We told them 3 times the day before they charged it and they didn't listen. They charged the wrong card, over drafting us and tied up our account for a week and not remorse from the company at all. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! ITS NOT WORTH THE LOSS YOU'LL TAKE!!! I wish there was a law suit for the poor establishment because I'd love to see them go under. I hate that horrible people steal money of people and get by with it.. and never want to make things right!! Don't be sucked in by there website and false advertisement.

Provided by YP.comI agree with the previous post. Something awfully suspicous about this companies reviews. I look them up BBB and they have too many unresolved complaints. Too many complaints for all the high reviews.
Also I have looked at other sites and there are wierd instances of 20 five stars in one day. One reviewer pointed out the fact that no company out there (even restaurants who have high turnover everyday) get 20 in ONE day. Its a good point to remember. Obviously they are trying to offset bad ones.
I dont even trust the ones that are done back to back anymore. They probably have wisen up. But good luck to those that still wanna give them a try.

Their advertising is misleading, their salesmen are high pressure and deceptive, their product is inferior to what you expected and paid for, their customer service is rude and the price they charge is grossly inflated. NEVER do business with this company unless you want to throw away a large chunk of money for nothing.
the glowing reviews cannot be for real and I would suspect they're written by the company themselves to offset the increasingly large number of complaints.
If you are tempted to fall for this company's advertising or salesmen, just look at Better Business Bureau website or even better is www.ripoffreport.com. There you will see what this company is all about.
File a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors and try and put together a class action suit. this company should not be in business.

Provided by YP.comThis location deeply lacks the ability to communicate and follow through with a customer and their needs. I was also disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown from their management team in regards to having their sales and customer service reps. do a better job in the above areas. I do not share these feelings with Express Home Services as a whole, only this location. I do hope the next customer has a better experience. I will not ever do business with this location and I will continue to share my experience with anyone looking for flooring.

Provided by YP.comExpress Home Services was the best, most convenient company I have ever delt with. I have purchased my home and I didn't really like the flooring that was in there already. I decided to look around and found Express Home Services, I called the 1800 number, gave some info and had someone out to my home the next day. The person that came to my home was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I got my estimate I was surprised with how good the price was it defiantly beat out all the other estimates I had received. I ordered my flooring and because it was in stock they were out the next day. The installers were very hard working and I know that is very rare now a days so I was very pleased with that. After the work was done the flooring looked so nice and I was so pleased with it I refer ANYONE and EVERYONE looking for flooring to go to Express Home Services.

They were fast, inexpensive, and brought so many samples to my home to provide the most variety possible. The man that gave the estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. We are looking to do some more flooring and without a doubt I am choosing Express Flooring. The work they did was so beautiful and I always tell everyone about my wonderful experience at Express Flooring.

I actually went to the office to try and talk to someone, and heard them talking about customers like they were garbage, even heard one guy SCREAMING at the people that work there. VERY unproffesional

Provided by YP.comThe installers arrived on schedule and within a short time we knew we were in excellent hands. At all times they were polite, professional, friendly and concerned about our needs. Because I have a home office, we all worked around each other, and we did it in good spirit and with pleasure. It is never easy having your house torn up and then put back together, but we could not have asked for a better installation crew. We even received numerous calls from the customer service department to make sure everything was OK.

Provided by YP.comPlease note that on 6/24/09, there are about 15 five star ratings. I think these may have been written by Express Floorings own people to try to overpower the negative postings. Please take the time to read the negative postings. Does anyone think over three months to get a small bathroom tiled is satisfactory. A total of 28 tiles and I had to fight them every step of the way. It wasn't until after I filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors that they corrected the problems and finished the job. The first joker they sent didn't have enough tiles to complete the job. He laid 26 tiles and left. My calls were unanswered until I filed a complaint with the BBB and then they sent out another joker who brought a larger size tile and didn't even cut it to fit. His anwser was that's what they gave me to do the job with. My calls again went unanswered until I filed a complaint with the ROC. The job was paid for upfront. They are screwing people over right and left. They only complaints they will do anything about are the ones filed with the Registrar of Contractors.
