I just had a new starter put in my Cadillac DTS and they did a fantastic job. It was fast and stress free. Sam was great to deal with at the Bell and 12th st. location. The pricing was more than fair. I will continue to go there for oil changes and future repair needs.

After O' Reallys broke my windshield motor bracket I went to fletchers to find out why the windshield wipers were falling to the side of the car. The manager and associates at Fletchers were really excellent like always. I would recommend the Fletchers on 12st and Bell to anyone needing vehicle repair. They always give me good deals and I will always use that location for the repairs to my vehicle. I really want to thank the manager and the two gentlemen that worked on my vehicle.

Daryl is rude and pompass. Making an appointment means nothing. I spent 4 hours waiting...yeah, I know. No one said a word to me. End of story. I got miffed and left. I will never do business here ever again. My co workers have said they've had similar issues. I do not trust this place in my opinion at all.

I recommend if you have any machnicial problems with your vehicles or in need of tires please visit the Flecther's Tires on 12th St & Bell, Phoenix AZ ask for Darren or Bob, both stand up guys, A++ customer service, also their certified Machnics will properly fix your cars problem, overall Flecther's Tires on 12th St. Bell Rd, in Phoenix is great .

Worst service I've ever had - after spending 250.00 for 30K Mile service on Honda - Engine light came on -brought it back -they did dianastic check, another 59.00 -engine light off- as soon as I started the car -light back on -took it to Honda dealer - wires had been removed from relay -burt relay up -caused air pump to not work -new bill from Honda $480.00. Don't bring your car here unless you have lots of money to send it somewhere else for real repair.
