Rugged IT Solutions began in 2015 with a vision to bring professional IT Services to businesses without full-time IT staff. We recognized that many local & regional businesses were struggling to find competent IT management and support. We wanted to help those businesses, and we wanted to grow our company large enough that business owners could hear us saying there s a better way! We believed that technical competence, a strong work ethic, and dedication to customer satisfaction are necessary ingredients for building a successful technology company. As we celebrate our 10th consecutive year of growth, we re confident in that vision.
