Founded in 1989, A Stepping Stone Foundation along with Alhambra, Fowler and Isaac School Districts, provides four preschool classes for a total of 75 three- and four-year-old preschool children, 39 younger siblings and adult education and parenting classes for their parents in Phoenix, Ariz.
