Provided by YP.comCockroach infestation that maintenance refuses to address. I spoke with neighbors and they have experienced the same issue. Had debris falling on our patio, from the apartment above (rotten wood, pipes, etc.) where our kids were playing, could have easily injured them. Flooding in master closet, maintenance ignored it and reasoned that "it doesn't normally rain in May", which somehow deflects the issue. Overall, an incredibly bad place to live. It's quite astonishing that one company could do so many things poorly.
