The management and the building was ran by complete idiots. I worked at the one in Arizona , and to do anything as a sales rep you have to go through 5 levels of management all sending flurries of emails in order to get everything done. I put in a time off request and was actually fired because whoever I told forgot to write the email for it, and I was lied to left and right about my employment status, they don't care about there employees because they hire every two weeks. A flock of pigeons could run it better, surprised Comcast still uses this company. Two weeks of awful training that don't prepare you are eminent. Too improve Comcast's sales they would be better off dropping TLK
