I have used Valley Tree Feeders for a while. During the periods I have used them, the service was mediocre at best (Unable to get service exactly when you need it). Recently, I was advised to pay ~$200 to treat two queen palms to ensure the soil can adequately receive the nutrients. 1 month after the palm started to brown. I called valley to schedule service, they estimated 1WEEK until they could visit my property. After the week was up, they called back and said it would take another WEEK to visit (THAT'S 2WEEKS!). Ultimately, the palm died, and now I have to replace it after sinking $100 into that tree "To Make It Healthy". I would not recommend their service!
