We purchased a tombstone from them in August 2021 and have been repeatedly lied to. After being lied to about delivery for the 3rd time today (May 2023) we finally picked it up and installed ourselves. It is a HORRIBLE way to run a business and very inconsiderate to peoples time and to those who are already grieving and would like closure.
