AFTER CALLING A DOZEN OR SO A/C REPAIR SHOPS, WE FOUND RELIEF.THESE GUYS CAME TO US ON SHORT NOTICE ON A HOT SATURDAY!!!!!!!!BUT WHILE OTHER A/C REPAIR MEN WERE PROBABLY WATCHING A FOOTBALL GAME OR FISHING, THESE GUYS WERE SAVING US FROM HEAT STROKES.THANKS GUYS FROM THE HENDERSON FAMILY.

We do not live in Pine Mountain, however we have a vacation home in Pine Mountain which we rent to visiting guests. On Friday night, our caretaker called to inform us that the temperature inside the cabin was 91 degrees & apparently the air conditioner was on the blink. I immediately called several firms, one of which was our original installer, and was told that they were either too busy, or they wouldn't do weekend calls, or they simply didn't not answer the phone. One did have an answering service and a technician called promising someone would call me early Saturday morning. One did, but informed us that he was much too busy and wouldn't be able to fit us in. Bernard from Acclaimed Heating & Air saved the day! He said he would be there as soon as he finished the job he was on - in Carrollton! He came, fixed the problem and told us we could pay him next time we were in town(Of course, we are mailing him a check!!)! The fee was more than reasonable and the guests arrived to a cool house. Bernard has restored my faith in humanity. I will call Acclaimed from not on - ONLY Acclaimed!

UNBELIEVABLE, THEY CAME AND INSTALLED A UNIT FOR HALF THE PRICE ALL OF THE OTHERS ESTIMATED.HIGHLY RECOMENDED BY ME, DEBRA....
