Always prompt, always professional and kind with all of our dogs.

We had the same thing happen with our dog. After several haircuts that were choppy or too short the groomer cut a chunk of skin away down to the bone in our dogs leg. She just gave us the dog, took the check and vanished. When we called to complain to Tracy, she argued with my Wife and denied anything happened.
