Last year I contracted Oscar to fix electrical issues with my pool and install wiring for outdoor network. His service and pricing was excellent! Truly the best. A few months ago I called Oscar to fix outdoor lighting. He sent two very junior people who spent 5 hours troubleshooting. They told me repairs would cost thousands of dollars. Oscar showed up, replaced two bulbs and two outlets. I was charged over $750 for the work. A month later the same bulbs Oscar fixed failed and the outdoor lighting failed. I called him and he told me he would show up after his vacation. Thats the last I ever heard of Oscar. He baited me into thinking he is reputable and then price gauged me. He used my job to train entry level electricians and charged me for experienced electricians. It took him about two hours to fix the issue but charged over $750 to complete work. After paying this outrageous price, Oscar did not warranty his work. Classic example of a little guy who wants to make it big. But doesnâÂÂt realize ripping off customers will eventually get back to you. I recommend Atos only if you like being ripped off.
