Mister Rosenberg in your business office went above and beyond on several occasions. Having had to put my father into the rehab facility, was upsetting enough, but not being able to get answers from several staff members was most upsetting. Time and time again, I found myself at your business window, if Mister Rosenberg was not able to answer my questions, he was able to refer me to someone that could. Once again our experience at your facility was mostly positive, and this caring individual got us through some really rough times.

Too many patients,too little help. Supposed to distribute drugs, throw them out and say they got them. Can't hear(hearing problem) just get mad when they don't answer you.Alarm on bed ignore it. DON'T BRING A LOVED ONE THERE.
