Not only is the staff unhelpful and rude but the doctor (being a heart doctor) didn't protect my heart when it came to a dental appointment. It took about a week but he called and sort of apologized but only for his staffs errors not his. Too little too late because not only did I already have the dental appointment but I went ahead a protect myself by going to a general doctor and asking him for an antibiotic. Which by the way is standard procedure when you have MVP (mitral valve syndrome). THEREFORE, I will NEVER trust Cardiovascular Diagnostic Services again with my heart or anything else.
