You would think it’s pretty hard to mess up a quesadilla but somehow Chili’s can. I’m working here and I have heard the same bad comments from people working on this project. I haven’t ordered anything yet that I would order again!!!!!!!
Drinks are ridiculously priced.....

I can't quite remember who our waitress was but I do remember the very attractive and good bartender, Maribel. Anyways, great staff, attractive, which is very important and like the laid back Environment.

Great food everything we ordered was great try the fajita trio great friendly staff I will revisit each time I'm in plainview Five stars and also if you have four square you can get free chips and salsa

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. You can't rely on this Chili's. Both the service and the food sometimes suffer. During my last visit, the waitress apologized numerous times but the food was still bad. The fajita meat was raw, literally. I like meat a little rare sometimes but this was raw in the middle. I can only assume that it was frozen when placed on the grill and the middle never cooked. To make things worse, it was quite obvious that it was not cooked well when the waitress delivered it and made a face when she noticed the raw meat. She did not volunteer to return it. We tried to eat everything but the beef but the shrimp didn't taste right so we gave up ordered desert, and went home. Maybe next time. The meal cost about $28.00 for the two of us sharing a Fajita Trio order. The chocolate mountain type desert was great but took about 20 minutes to arrive. Good luck.
