I ordered birthday cake 2 years in a row, and the decoration is horrible.. Did not come out the way I was expecting. They put some cheap plastic decoration from a dollar store.. I recent went there to tell them that I had bad experience with the last 2 years and want to know if they could do better this year, and guess what they said "If I did not like it the last 2 times, then I better off not to order it again" I was shock. Normal businesses want to do thing better to keep their customers, but seem they don't care. CONSIDER IT BEFORE YOU ORDER CAKE THERE!!!
