I do not recommend this drycleaning service provider. It needs to be revamped. My daughter dropped off her white graduation dress on Monday for dry cleaning and a simple alteration to the side slit. The dress had makeup stains on the side. I picked up the dress the next day, the alterations were completed, and the make up was removed. However there were 2 new BLACK stains on the dress, one under the breast area and one at the bottom of the dress. When I asked the clerk at the window, she said there was no-one to fix it. It was 4pm and graduation was at 530pm. I asked if this was acceptable if it was her child's dress. She stared at me as if I was the dumbest person in the world .She didn't apologized or provided any solution. I am extremely dissapointed.
She didn't even offer to refund my money until I mentioned it (🤨). I would not recommend it! Stay away!!!

This is the most unprofessional place to do business with. They ruined two brand new Lilly Pulitzer tops by making them too short after I brought them in for alterations. They would not refund me the $100 for the shirts (I gave them my receipt) or refund the $30 for the alterations. Jerda, the supposed manager, would not let me speak to the owner. She was rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR DRY CLEANING OR ALTERATIONS!!!

I've only been to this place a few times, but the owner seems to know all the customers in the shop when I'm inside. The service is really personal and quick. They have dry cleaned sweaters, suits, men's and women's oxford shirts and a coat for us. All well done.



Would definitely recommend

I am so happy to find an affordable dry cleaner in my neighborhood! The family owned business has a super nice staff, their prices are reasonable, and the quality of the service is fabulous.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT, SERVICE AND QUALITY IS WHAT THIS PLACE HAS TO OFFER. ALTERATIONS ARE REASONABLE, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY. THIS PLACE IS WHAT YOU WANT FROM A DRY CLEANERS.

The sign in the window says Men's business shirts $1.59 but they charged me $2.++ because my shirts were XL !
