Although a bit more expensive than local garages, I am willing to pay the extra costs for the convenience and timeliness of of the service. Monro's has always been quick with the repairs and I have never had any issues with any work they've done. I also like that the service guys ensure my vehicle/s stay clean, such as no oil or other stains left from their boots.

The counter guy at the Monro at 37 Smithfield Blvd, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 was condescending and unfriendly. I have no feedback in regards to their mechanical abilities because I ended up walking out after talking to the guy.



I ended up going to the goodyear down the street and was very satisfied with their service.

These guys are attentive to your vehicle, and do a great job! They tell you up front with a written estimate... no surprises!
