Provided by YP.comI had been buying sandwiches here for years. Yesterday I noticed on my receipt that whereas I formerly had nearly 750 points than now I only had 97 and that suddenly my card was not registered.
So I called Subway and found out they had "changed" their policy on reward cards.
They asserted that customers were notified but I can assure you I was never notified.
Sad news for this franchisee that not only have they lost my business but I shall notify my neighbors around U.S. Ave that Subway is not a very good business when it comes to treating loyal customers properly
