At advanced Asphalt we proudly use GSB-88 from Asphalt Systems, inc. gsb- 88 a gilsonite based natural ore that has been combined with specialized plasticizers and oils. penetrates and rejuvenates asphalt pavements. if applied at an early stage in the life -cycle of the pavement when it is structurally sound. the pavement can be preserved in its original condition. $1.00 spent on pavement preservation. can save up to $10.80 in reduced replacement costs. GSB-88 applied once every 5 years is in the green circle. reducing global warming, ecotoxicity and smog. Crack Seal with a quality hot applied rubber modified sealant to prevent moisture from penetrating the sub soils beneath the pavement. Curb whether it is asphalt or concrete we can repair, replace or retro fit with concrete or asphalt your pavement or curb. Traffic lines we are pre-paired to repaint your pavement markings, remove unwanted markings, new pavement layout to your specifications or ADA requirements. Asphalt Milling and Overlay this is the removal of failing loose pavement surface of the top 2 inches. Then replaced with 2 inches of new asphalt.
