Liars and Thieves! This is the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They office staff is ghetto, they don't know how to speak to their clients in a respectful manner. To top it off, they deducted $800 from our $2,000 deposit. $300 of it was for the cleaning the house, except we had the house and windows/carpets professionally cleaned the day we moved out. $500 for a ding on the refrigerator door, which is caused by the way the mudroom door handle is situated. Anyway, I just got back from the empty house after 2 months of not living there because we had a package delivered there by mistake and guess what...the door still has the same ding AFTER BEING CHARGED $500... Ridiculous! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give these guys a negative 5 stars I would. We lived in a place for a year and never was late on the rent. The house was gross when we moved in and not cleaned very well. We recently just bought a house so we moved out of the rental. Now I know you do not typically get all of your deposit back when you are in a rental, but these guys went above and beyond dinging us for everything little thing they could. We had professional cleaners come over to the house before we moved out so we wouldn't have to worry about that. They still charged us $130.00 for a cleaning fee and another $100.00for the carpets. We are not dirty people and I am beyond mad on what they did here. If you are looking for a place to rent DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Their prices for rent are ridiculous and you don't get much of your deposit back. Look into private landlords because I have never had a problem with getting a deposit back. They just milked us for everything we were worth. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!
