I will NEVER rent ANYTHING or buy here again.

1. One of our groomsmens pants were ripped in the CROTCH when he got them!! I mean how do you miss that when the pants are supposed to be cleaned and pressed??

2. Buttons were falling off the jackets, tuxedos, and pants THROUGHOUT the wedding. Luckily our wedding planner was able to sew a few back on, but some were lost due to the fact that we were outside.

3. They never told us that the tuxedos were due back by a certain date, we left town for couple of days and were unable to retun them Monday, but we could have them back by Wednesday... I was told we were going to be charged even though they never said ANYTHING about a return date (which means their employees.were not doing their job)!! We would have made other arrangements to get them returned if we would have known..

Totally worth the trip. They have a great selection at a great price. Got my dream prom dress there and my boyfriend got his tux there. We both looked great! Would recommend to anyone
