I started having issues with my vehicle a 2014 Ford Mustang Shelby and had it towed to Eurowerks Automotive 4758 Powerline Rd Pompano Beach FL on July 7th, 2021. After a long wait they finally came back with that I needed a new engine. They filed a claim through my extended warranty in which they were paid $25,242.97 on Nov 9th, 2021, and of $1,698.14 on February 2nd, 2022. Which I was not notified about until I called into the extended warranty myself. My husband followed up with Jason from Eurowerks Automotive on many occasions where we always were given an excuse on why the work was not completed. We requested an invoice or something to show what they were paid and how they were going to use the money. We always got an excuse for that. Again, we followed up often with never getting a direct answer on what was going on. My husband and I went in and saw Jason at Eurowerks Automotive in person on Aug 2022 in which he said that some items were sent out to machinery and they were waiting on 1 part. We tried reaching out to the machinery ourselves but never was able to get through to anyone. About Sept. 2022 my husband received a phone call from Jason at Eurowerks Automotive stating that there are parts missing and he had no idea where they went; that he was going to file a claim with his insurance company. After waiting and still nothing getting done, we start making some calls into hiring a lawyer. We were told to collect the vehicle which we went to do with police present on Jan. 19th, 2023, when we got there the engine was gone, the driveshaft was gone, along with a lot of other parts; the hood was not even attached and fell off. All still Eurowerks Automotive claiming they don’t know what happen and they are working with their insurance and cannot provide us with anything. I wanted to file this complaint so that others are away of what happened to me and it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
