I was very disappointed with the service provided by Interiors by Steven G. He promised a lot of things at the outset to get hired but did not live up to the promises: (1) project cost was significantly higher than the estimate he had provided to entice me to provide a deposit (which he said would be refundable if I was not happy for any reason prior to start of work and that was obviously not the case); and (2) the project was significantly delayed (estimate provided at outset was about 4 months and it turned out to be 11 months), which ended up costing me a lot since I had to pay for expensive short-term housing while I waited for the unit to be completed. Moreover, the finished product certainly was not interesting or creative (particularly in light of the cost). My experience and interactions with Interiors by Steven G were extraordinarily frustrating. I made a big mistake hiring them.
