This gentleman is by far one of the most patient and empathetic people I've ever encountered in an emergency room. Last week, I came for an exposed nerve in a tooth, and he took the extra time to help me get through the pain. I was hysterical, and he knew how to calm my stubborn Red-Headed self. All around awesome guy in St Joes ER. He's one of the rare ones that genuinely care about patients!!
