My two car driveway replacement by Jim Burden Building company,191 beach road, Poquoson,Virginia was a disaster. Contract signed by me and Jim Burden stated all work and materials will be of a good and workmanlike manner and all labor and materials will carry a minimum of a 1 year warranty from completion of project. Numerous cracks noted at 9 month period, notified Jim burden he and his concrete guy did not see a viable way to repair so will be pulled and replaced . Communication with Jim Burden over next few month's resulted in promises and excuses why it could not be replaced until a later date due to his cash assets not available yet. Finally all communication, E mail and phone etc. ceased and no further action taken by him. So we have a cracked driveway that was replaced to fix cracking on our original. His professionalism and expertise leave a lot to be desired.
