Very courteous and helpful. I told the owner I wanted to spend $60 to have a birthday arrangement delivered to my mother. About a half-hour later, he called me back and wanted to know if my $60 was to include the delivery-fee, or was it OK to add the delivery fee to the $60. I was very impressed by his conscientiousness. I highly recommend Bloom's.
