I was alittle hot headed this morning when i posted a review of this company before i was able to speak with the owner. JH , i did not go behind your back with the review after we had talked. After meeting you in person and working out the problem , i give this company 2 thumbs up for taking care of the problem. A little more work to ensure the customer is fully informed with the companies exact policies , i think would solve many problem yet to come. Overall i say they are a good company and noone needs to stab anybody in the back. Thats not what this was all about. Please feel confident with their company. Richard

Beware, before choosing this company. Even though your parts might have a warrenty , they will tell you , your repair has absolutly no warrenty- as is. They will give you back you computer with or without showing the parts they say they changed and then try and say it was someone else mistake. The computer im talking about belonged to a 76 yr retirted woman, that for 229.78 charged for never even fixing her computer. I think this company is ireputable espacially if you are elderly they will try to take advantage of this. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!

Do not go here! I brought my computer in for a virus removal. When it was returned my CD ROM and DVD did not work. I opened my computer and found they had hooked up the wrong power harness to the hard drives and since the other harness didn't reach they just left it unplugged. I called them and they casually told me to hook them up myself. After rerouting them and hooking up my CD and DVD I turned on my computer. I would not boot so I opened my CD and found one of their XP cds left in the drive. After fixing that I found that my DVD would not open. Using my own tool I opened the drive and let the machine close it. After this the drawer opened and closed correctly. I called them to explain my disappointment and was told that accidents happen. I became frustrated and said of course but that is why people bring their computers to you, so they will be fixed correctly. I was then told if I did not settle down and listen they would hang up. Well I said no problem and beat them to the punch.

The most horrible place I have ever had to deal with. They said they would fix my sons lap top just like new. The hinge broke and wouldn’t shut all the way. When I got it back it was still cracked. I called back to see what happened. I was told they didn’t even look at it till the following morning and called my son to pick it up that afternoon but didn’t actually even know what was wrong with the lap top. They said “Go ahead and bring it back we will fix it properly at no additional charge.” They then called my son who brought it into the business in the first place and screamed and yelled at him on the phone saying that wasn’t what they told him but in all honesty, it was, his grandmother was with him. What I really want to know is who yells at a child? I will never deal with these people again
