Customer service is the best. I live in North Port and loved the ease of going to their North Port office. I was a bit concerned when they closed and I had to go to Port Charlotte. Nothing to worry about. The friendly service was still there, the displays were larger with more glasses to choose from. The prices are great, but I will return because of the customer service. You can't beat someone going out of their way at 5 p.m. to take care of two pairs of glasses for you. One of which you couldn't leave because you needed them to drive. Great place, great people.
