The staff is disorganized and cannot keep up with their own left hand and right hand. A recruiter called me asking if I'm available on specified dates and stated to that "H" will be calling shortly. Two days later, the recruiter called me again asking me to remind her how our conversation went and asked why I haven't completed a profile. I stated to her that I didn't get an email nor call nor website. She asked for my email address to check if she sent me an email and she said, oh, I didn't send you anything. She provides the website address to create a profile/register. After completing, "H" calls to provide two addresses and asks me to pick one. I asked for the cross street and she repeated the street address like I would know where it is on top of my head. I asked her to email them to me, which she provided wrong address for one of them. I asked if they are always this disorganized and she got upset and told me to find another agency. Thanks, but no thanks, I get paid a lot more from the agencies I'm with, and they are far more professional and organized.

If you're here to check out reviews for this company before going to work for them, you've come to the right place. Please take my advise and save yourself a lot of time and aggravation. Because that's all I've been dealing with for the past week due to this company. One of the Front Row managers, Karen Peters, let me go from the program I was assigned to because I accidentally had a double-booking. As if I did this on purpose. It is humanly impossible to be at two different places and the same day and time. Furthermore, the dates which conflicted weren't even until three weeks away. Worse case scenario on the company's part, they would've had to find someone else to replace me for those particular days. But anyway, instead of being professional and asking me what was going on with the situation, she jumped to conclusions and blew things way out of proportion, and said she does not want me working for the company anymore. And when I emailed the director of the company and told him everything, he agreed with her!.. So, if you're human, and you make mistakes, PLEASE do not work for this company. Because you will fired as soon as you make one.. These people are crude and barbaric, and I would not want anyone to be treated the way I was treated, by both managers.. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
