It all sounds good at first..... "one of the same people that pack you will be there on the unpack" NOT! and they even had guys the driver never met before unpacking and damaging things right and left! Than try to put a claim in.... they will avoid you, not get on conference calls, and do anything to NOT pay you what you are suppose to get for all the damage. The president of this company came to my house and did the quote and said their record was flawless...... NOT!! They will always call you back UNTIL there is a problem or you have filed a claim that they do NOT want to pay for!! I will NOT stop here.... they will get blogged and reviews that tell the truth about this company!! If you have an appointment w/ them.... CANCEL it!!!!
