Will never go to this place ever again. They refused to wash my truck and vacuum it because there was little bit of dog hair. When we asked for the Manager the guy stated he was the OWNER and would not do it. He exact words "we don't do it because we just do a quick vacuum and don't have time for it to take longer then 30 seconds." What are you kidding me right now, you vacuum everyone car is 30 seconds wow you guys are lazy.

Worst ever! Owner refused to vacuum my car because "its too.dirty". Leaves.small pebbles. Young lady at desk was very nice andthoinks her boss shouldretire as he obviously hates his job. A very nice man gave me $1.50 in quarters for a gas station down the road.

I took my car to this car wash and expected to get a car wash & vacuuming on the inside, the cost was a reasonable price, $11.95 basic price, but what I got was when I complained to the fellow who did the vacuuming was, YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!! The owner came over to see what I was complaining about, and I was met with such rudeness telling me that I got &11.95 worth of service and that he owned this place and everything around it, and he never wants to see me or my car in here ever again, and to get off "HIS" property right now or he will call the police and have me charged with trespassing. So Port Charlotte residents if you want to be met with the "RUDEIST" man the "OWNER" and his employee by all means take your car there. But I will never go back to that establishment. I just can't believe that an owner of a business would act that way to people that keep him in business. It's to bad he is still in business.

Absolutely horrible!!! This car wash has 2 locations in Port Charlotte and when I visited this location on 1/28/2013 I was told by the manager/owner that it was going to take too long to vaccum my car out and that I needed to go somewhere else?? I was dumb founded as their higher priced carwash package included the vaccuming. I will never visit either location again. Terrible customer service. The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't select zero stars.
