I ordered one funeral stand from this business, but the charge was on my credit card twice. I called the florist and reported the overcharge and was told a credit would go back on card the next day. It's been a month and several voice mails later and still no credit or return phone call. I don't believe this is the way to establish a client base.

I ordered a standing spray arrangement for a funeral and I DID NOT receive what I ordered. She blamed it on the florist from my town that called her and placed the order which I was present for so I know exactly what my florist ordered. I received a vase of flowers that were wilted!!! I called to get a refund and she said it would be done and that was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Now she will not answer my phone calls or my florists' phone calls for that matter.
I highly recommend NOT using Designs by Beau Flowers and Gifts because you will not get what you order!!!
